It WORKS, and works FAST! I can't think of a better "pro" than that.
I like that everything is laid out for you. If you can follow directions, you can do this program. Do the exercises and workouts as instructed, eat what they tell you and you WILL lose fat. It is just that simple. You only have to dedicate yourself for 28 days to get results. This is not the type of program you need to wait months to see if it is working. You should start seeing RESULTS (less fat), in as little as a week. |

It's tough. (You don't expect to get extreme fat loss results without putting in the effort, do you?)
While all the workouts should be completed in less than an hour, you need to work out 6 times a week (with an option for a 7th workout). But then again, you only have to do this for a total of 24 workouts. This is not for the absolute beginner or extremely out of shape. This workout program is designed to burn LOTS of fat in as little time possible... which means you should expect the workouts to be demanding. Therefore, it is best to start with at least some experience and NOT after sitting on the couch for the past 3 years. |

I recommend this for intermediate to experienced exercisers who are looking to dedicate themselves to extreme fat loss for 28 days. If you need to look your best (low fat while conserving muscle), and you don't have a lot of time to waste... this is the fat loss workout to turn to.
